On 18 September 2010 offers the opportunity to open on AEG's new development area of the old AEG experiencing intense. From a total of 120,000 square meters of space were revived in the last three years around 50% with a wide variety of uses. In addition to office, commercial, production, exhibition and catering areas only 78 artists will present a joint SHOWCASE the current work on AEG and also open their studios for two days. As with the conversion of the spinning mill in Leipzig is also indicated on AEG, that the former industrial area is developing into a new neighborhood with its own identity and appeal.
